Kevin, just after picking strawberries in Miaoli, Taiwan

Hi! My name is Kevin, and I write software for iOS. I've always loved working with applications on mobile devices, but over time I started to feel the occasional drag of having to retype the same things over and over again on tiny keyboards. I built Kuaiboard, which lets you store all the text you find yourself typing and retyping, and insert it with a single tap. From message templates to contact info to your current location, the app helps save you time so you can go do other things you care more about, like picking strawberries.

Back in 2014, when Apple announced custom keyboards for iOS 8, I was jazzed instantly, and started tinkering with various ideas. I eventually found myself prototyping Kuaiboard (named QuickBoard at the time), a way to store and quickly insert my often-typed text. Just a few short months later, I released the app, and much to my surprise, the App Store and several other fine news sources featured Kuaiboard.

I love hearing from people about the time they've saved in their daily lives using Kuaiboard. If you have any thoughts/questions/suggestions, I'm all ears. I'm really excited to share Kuaiboard 2 with you soon, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed building it!
